1 The second lot came out for Simeon, for the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families. And their inheritance was within the inheritance of the children of Judah.
1 ΚΑΙ ἐξῆλθεν ὁ δεύτερος κλῆρος τῶν υἱῶν Συμεών, καὶ ἐγενήθη ἡ κληρονομία αὐτῶν ἀναμέσον κλήρων υἱῶν Ἰούδα.
2 They had in their inheritance Beersheba (Sheba), Moladah,
2 καὶ ἐγενήθη ὁ κλῆρος αὐτῶν Βηρσαβεὲ καὶ Σαμαὰ καὶ Κωλαδὰμ
3 Hazar Shual, Balah, Ezem,
3 καὶ Ἀρσωλὰ καὶ Βωλὰ καὶ Ἀσὸμ
4 Eltolad, Bethul, Hormah,
4 καὶ Ἐλθουλὰ καὶ Βουλὰ καὶ Ἑρμᾶ
5 Ziklag, Beth Marcaboth, Hazar Susah,
5 καὶ Σικελὰκ καὶ Βαιθμαχερὲβ καὶ Σαρσουσὶν
6 Beth Lebaoth, and Sharuhen: thirteen cities and their villages;
6 καὶ Βαθαρὼθ καὶ οἱ ἀγροὶ αὐτῶν, πόλεις δεκατρεῖς καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν·
7 Ain, Rimmon, Ether, and Ashan: four cities and their villages;
7 Ἐρεμμὼν καὶ Θαλχὰ καὶ Ἐθὲρ καὶ Ἀσάν, πόλεις τέσσαρες καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν
8 and all the villages that were all around these cities as far as Baalath Beer, Ramah of the South. This was the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.
8 κύκλῳ τῶν πόλεων αὐτῶν ἕως Βαρὲκ πορευομένων Βαμὲθ κατὰ λίβα. αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία φυλῆς υἱῶν Συμεὼν κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν.
9 The inheritance of the children of Simeon was included in the share of the children of Judah, for the share of the children of Judah was too much for them. Therefore the children of Simeon had their inheritance within the inheritance of that people.
9 ἀπὸ τοῦ κλήρου τοῦ Ἰούδα ἡ κληρονομία φυλῆς υἱῶν Συμεών, ὅτι ἐγενήθη ἡ μερὶς υἱῶν Ἰούδα μείζων τῆς αὐτῶν καὶ ἐκληρονόμησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Συμεὼν ἐν μέσῳ τοῦ κλήρου αὐτῶν.
10 The third lot came out for the children of Zebulun according to their families, and the border of their inheritance was as far as Sarid.
10 Καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ὁ κλῆρος ὁ τρίτος τῷ Ζαβουλὼν κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν. ἔσται τὰ ὅρια τῆς κληρονομίας αὐτῶν Ἐσεδεκγωλά· ὅρια αὐτῶν
11 Their border went toward the west and to Maralah, went to Dabbasheth, and extended along the brook that is east of Jokneam.
11 ἡ θάλασσα καὶ Μαραγγιλὰ καὶ συνάψει ἐπὶ Βαιθάραβα εἰς τὴν φάραγγα, ἥ ἐστι κατὰ πρόσωπον Ἰεκμάν,
12 Then from Sarid it went eastward toward the sunrise along the border of Chisloth Tabor, and went out toward Daberath, bypassing Japhia.
12 καὶ ἀνέστρεψεν ἀπὸ Σεδδοὺκ ἐξ ἐναντίας ἀπὸ ἀνατολῶν Βαιθσαμὺς ἐπὶ τὰ ὅρια Χασελωθαὶθ καὶ διελεύσεται ἐπὶ Δαβιρὼθ καὶ προσαναβήσεται ἐπὶ Φαγγαὶ
13 And from there it passed along on the east of Gath Hepher, toward Eth Kazin, and extended to Rimmon, which borders on Neah.
13 καὶ ἐκεῖθεν περιελεύσεται ἐξ ἐναντίας ἐπ' ἀνατολὰς ἐπὶ Γεβερέ, ἐπὶ πόλιν Κατασέμ, καὶ διελεύσεται ἐπὶ Ρεμμωνὰ Ἀμαθὰρ Ἀοζὰ
14 Then the border went around it on the north side of Hannathon, and it ended in the Valley of Jiphthah El.
14 καὶ περιελεύσεται ὅρια ἐπὶ βορρᾶν ἐπὶ Ἀμώθ, καὶ ἔσται ἡ διέξοδος αὐτῶν ἐπὶ Γαιφαὴλ
15 Included were Kattath, Nahallal, Shimron, Idalah, and Bethlehem: twelve cities with their villages.
15 καὶ Κατανὰθ καὶ Ναβαὰλ καὶ Συμοὼν καὶ Ἱεριχὼ καὶ Βαιθμάν.
16 This was the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families, these cities with their villages.
16 αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία τῆς φυλῆς υἱῶν Ζαβουλὼν κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν, πόλεις καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν.
17 The fourth lot came out to Issachar, for the children of Issachar according to their families.
17 Καὶ τῷ Ἰσσάχαρ ἐξῆλθεν ὁ κλῆρος ὁ τέταρτος.
18 And their territory went to Jezreel, and included Chesulloth, Shunem,
18 καὶ ἐγενήθη τὰ ὅρια αὐτῶν Ἰαζὴλ καὶ Χασαλὼθ καὶ Σουνὰμ
19 Haphraim, Shion, Anaharath,
19 καὶ Ἀγὶν καὶ Σιωνὰ καὶ Ρεηρὼθ
20 Rabbith, Kishion, Abez,
20 καὶ Ἀναχερὲθ καὶ Δαβιρὼν καὶ Κισὼν καὶ Ρεβὲς
21 Remeth, En Gannim, En Haddah, and Beth Pazzez.
21 καὶ Ρεμμὰς καὶ Ἰεὼν καὶ Τομμὰν καὶ Αἰμαρὲκ καὶ Βηρσαφής,
22 And the border reached to Tabor, Shahazimah, and Beth Shemesh; their border ended at the Jordan: sixteen cities with their villages.
22 καὶ συνάψει τὰ ὅρια ἐπὶ Γαιθβὼρ καὶ ἐπὶ Σαλὶμ κατὰ θάλασσαν καὶ Βαιθσαμύς, καὶ ἔσται αὐτοῦ ἡ διέξοδος τῶν ὁρίων ὁ Ἰορδάνης.
23 This was the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Issachar according to their families, the cities and their villages.
23 αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία φυλῆς υἱῶν Ἰσσάχαρ κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν, αἱ πόλεις καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν.
24 The fifth lot came out for the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families.
24 Καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ὁ κλῆρος ὁ πέμπτος Ἀσὴρ κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν.
25 And their territory included Helkath, Hali, Beten, Achshaph,
25 καὶ ἐγενήθη τὰ ὅρια αὐτῶν Ἐξελεκὲθ καὶ Ἀλὲφ καὶ Βαιθὸκ καὶ Κεὰφ
26 Alammelech, Amad, and Mishal; it reached to Mount Carmel westward, along the Brook Shihor Libnath.
26 καὶ Ἐλιμελὲχ καὶ Ἀμιὴλ καὶ Μαασὰ καὶ συνάψει τῷ Καρμήλῳ κατὰ θάλασσαν καὶ τῷ Σιὼν καὶ Λαβανὰθ
27 It turned toward the sunrise to Beth Dagon; and it reached to Zebulun and to the Valley of Jiphthah El, then northward beyond Beth Emek and Neiel, bypassing Cabul which was on the left,
27 καὶ ἐπιστρέψει ἀπὸ ἀνατολῶν ἡλίου καὶ Βαιθεγενὲθ καὶ συνάψει τῷ Ζαβουλὼν καὶ Ἐκγαῖ καὶ Φθαιὴλ κατὰ βορρᾶν, καὶ εἰσελεύσεται ὅρια Σαφθαιβαιθμὲ καὶ Ἰναὴλ καὶ διελεύσεται εἰς Χωβαμασομὲλ
28 including Ebron, Rehob, Hammon, and Kanah, as far as Greater Sidon.
28 καὶ Ἐλβὼν καὶ Ραὰβ καὶ Ἐμεμαὼν καὶ Κανθὰν ἕως Σιδῶνος τῆς μεγάλης,
29 And the border turned to Ramah and to the fortified city of Tyre; then the border turned to Hosah, and ended at the sea by the region of Achzib.
29 καὶ ἀναστρέψει τὰ ὅρια εἰς Ραμὰ καὶ ἕως πηγῆς Μασφασσὰτ καὶ τῶν Τυρίων, καὶ ἀναστρέψει τὰ ὅρια ἐπὶ Ἰασίφ, καὶ ἔσται ἡ διέξοδος αὐτοῦ ἡ θάλασσα καὶ Ἀπολὲβ καὶ Ἐχοζὸβ
30 Also Ummah, Aphek, and Rehob were included: twenty-two cities with their villages.
30 καὶ Ἀρχὸβ καὶ Ἀφὲκ καὶ Ρααῦ.
31 This was the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families, these cities with their villages.
31 αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία φυλῆς υἱῶν Ἀσὴρ κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν, πόλεις καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν.
32 The sixth lot came out to the children of Naphtali, for the children of Naphtali according to their families.
32 Καὶ τῷ Νεφθαλὶ ἐξῆλθεν ὁ κλῆρος ὁ ἕκτος.
33 And their border began at Heleph, enclosing the territory from the terebinth tree in Zaanannim, Adami Nekeb, and Jabneel, as far as Lakkum; it ended at the Jordan.
33 καὶ ἐγενήθη τὰ ὅρια αὐτῶν Μοολὰμ καὶ Μωλὰ καὶ Βεσεμιΐν καὶ Ἀρμὲ καὶ Ναβὸκ καὶ Ἰεφθαμαὶ ἕως Δωδάμ, καὶ ἐγενήθησαν αἱ διέξοδοι αὐτοῦ Ἰορδάνης·
34 From Heleph the border extended westward to Aznoth Tabor, and went out from there toward Hukkok; it adjoined Zebulun on the south side and Asher on the west side, and ended at Judah by the Jordan toward the sunrise.
34 καὶ ἐπιστρέψει τὰ ὅρια ἐπὶ θάλασσαν Ἐνὰθ Θαβὼρ καὶ διελεύσεται ἐκεῖθεν Ἰακανὰ καὶ συνάψει τῷ Ζαβουλὼν ἀπὸ νώτου καὶ Ἀσὴρ συνάψει κατὰ θάλασσαν, καὶ ὁ Ἰορδάνης ἀπὸ ἀνατολῶν ἡλίου.
35 And the fortified cities are Ziddim, Zer, Hammath, Rakkath, Chinnereth,
35 καὶ αἱ πόλεις τειχήρεις τῶν Τυρίων, Τύρος καὶ Ὠμαθά, Δακὲθ καὶ Κενερὲθ
36 Adamah, Ramah, Hazor,
36 καὶ Ἀρμαΐθ καὶ Ἀραὴλ καὶ Ἀσὼρ
37 Kedesh, Edrei, En Hazor,
37 καὶ Κάδες καὶ Ἀσσαρὶ καὶ πηγὴ Ἀσὸρ
38 Iron, Migdal El, Horem, Beth Anath, and Beth Shemesh: nineteen cities with their villages.
38 καὶ Κερωὲ καὶ Μεγαλὰ Ἀρὶμ καὶ Βαιθθαμὲ καὶ Θεσσαμύς.
39 This was the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Naphtali according to their families, the cities and their villages.
39 αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία φυλῆς υἱῶν Νεφθαλί.
40 The seventh lot came out for the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families.
40 Καὶ τῷ Δὰν ἐξῆλθεν ὁ κλῆρος ὁ ἕβδομος.
41 And the territory of their inheritance was Zorah, Eshtaol, Ir Shemesh,
41 καὶ ἐγενήθη τὰ ὅρια αὐτῶν Σαρὰθ καὶ Ἀσὰ καὶ πόλεις Σαμμάυς
42 Shaalabbin, Aijalon, Jethlah,
42 καὶ Σαλαμὶν καὶ Ἀμμὼν καὶ Σιλαθὰ
43 Elon, Timnah, Ekron,
43 καὶ Ἐλὼν καὶ Θαμναθὰ καὶ Ἀκκαρὼν
44 Eltekeh, Gibbethon, Baalath,
44 καὶ Ἀλκαθὰ καὶ Βεγεθὼν καὶ Γεβεελὰν
45 Jehud, Bene Berak, Gath Rimmon,
45 καὶ Ἀζὼρ καὶ Βαναιβακὰτ καὶ Γεθρεμών,
46 Me Jarkon, and Rakkon, with the region near Joppa.
46 καὶ ἀπὸ θαλάσσης Ἱεράκων ὅριον πληρίον Ἰόππης.
47 And the border of the children of Dan went beyond these, because the children of Dan went up to fight against Leshem and took it; and they struck it with the edge of the sword, took possession of it, and dwelt in it. They called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father.
47 αὕτη ἡ κληρονομία φυλῆς υἱῶν Δὰν κατὰ δήμους αὐτῶν, αἱ πόλεις αὐτῶν καὶ αἱ κῶμαι αὐτῶν. καὶ οὐκ ἐξέθλιψαν οἱ υἱοὶ Δὰν τὸν Ἀμορραῖον τὸν θλίβοντα αὐτοὺς ἐν τῷ ὄρει· καὶ οὐκ εἴων αὐτοὺς οἱ Ἀμορραῖοι καταβῆναι εἰς τὴν κοιλάδα καὶ ἔθλιψαν ἀπ' αὐτῶν τὸ ὅριον τῆς μερίδος αὐτῶν.
48 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families, these cities with their villages.
48 καὶ ἐπορεύθησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Δὰν καὶ ἐπολέμησαν τὴν Λαχὶς καὶ κατελάβοντο αὐτὴν καὶ ἐπάταξαν αὐτὴν ἐν στόματι μαχαίρας καὶ κατῴκησαν αὐτὴν καὶ ἐκάλεσαν τὸ ὄνομα αὐτῆς Λασενδὰκ καὶ ὁ Ἀμορραῖος ὑπέμεινε τοῦ κατοικεῖν ἐν Ἐλὼμ καὶ ἐν Σαλαμίν· καὶ ἐβαρύνθη ἡ χεὶρ τοῦ Ἐφραὶμ ἐπ' αὐτούς, καὶ ἐγένοντο αὐτοῖς εἰς φόρον.
49 When they had made an end of dividing the land as an inheritance according to their borders, the children of Israel gave an inheritance among them to Joshua the son of Nun.
49 Καὶ ἐπορεύθησαν ἐμβατεῦσαι τὴν γῆν κατὰ τὸ ὅριον αὐτῶν. καὶ ἔδωκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ἰσραὴλ κλῆρον τῷ Ἰησοῖ τῷ υἱῷ Ναυὴ ἐν αὐτοῖς
50 According to the word of the LORD they gave him the city which he asked for, Timnath Serah in the mountains of Ephraim; and he built the city and dwelt in it.
50 διὰ προστάγματος τοῦ Θεοῦ· καὶ ἔδωκαν αὐτῷ τὴν πόλιν, ἣν ᾐτήσατο, Θαμνασαράχ, ἥ ἐστιν ἐν τῷ ὄρει Ἐφραίμ· καὶ ᾠκοδόμησε τὴν πόλιν καὶ κατῴκει ἐν αὐτῇ.
51 These were the inheritances which Eleazar the priest, Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel divided as an inheritance by lot in Shiloh before the LORD, at the door of the tabernacle of meeting. So they made an end of dividing the country.
51 αὗται αἱ διαιρέσεις ἃς κατεκληρονόμησεν Ἐλεάζαρ ὁ ἱερεὺς καὶ Ἰησοῦς ὁ τοῦ Ναυὴ καὶ οἱ ἄρχοντες τῶν πατριῶν ἐν ταῖς φυλαῖς Ἰσραὴλ κατὰ κλήρους ἐν Σηλώ, ἔναντι Κυρίου, παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου· καὶ ἐπορεύθησαν ἐμβατεῦσαι τὴν γῆν.
